I’m almost two weeks late writing about this, which is pretty indicative of how crazy busy I am right now. I spend a week avoiding winter down in the sunny climes of Las Vegas, to cover Interbike 2006. For those who don’t know, Interbike is where a whole heap of new gear is released, show cased and ridden; a veritable cornucopia of mountain bikes, cycling and all things velo. While the professional photographer in me was there to do a job, I also took time out to meet up with old friends and generally party for a week. It’s a tough life, but someone’s got to do it, eh?
The ever-benevolent Singletrack picked up my photography for their articles on the event, illustrating the reporting on the first and second Dirt Demo days, and I got to meet Jeff at Dirt Rag to thank him for publishing my recent cover shot.
