Best college course ever?

So it turns out you can actually get a qualification in trail building, in the form of Capilano College’s Mountain Bike Operations Certificate.  Teaching more people the best way to build sustainable trails has only got to be a good thing.  Not only that, but they teach all about event management, communications and a whole heap of other great skills that’d be really useful for anyone looking to break into a rapidly growing area of the industry.  How come these kind of courses weren’t available when I was at college?  Oh well.  They needed a new shot for their web page, and as course tutor and industry legend Jay Hoots was around we were able to grab this quick portrait of the 2007 class.
