It’s a bit like Minority Report

I just finished updating this site to support a cool browser plugin that’s recently surfaced called PicLens (www.piclens.com), which allows you to turn the photos on a site into a glossy, fancy-pants slideshow from the future (like that computer bit in Minority Report but with mountain bikes instead of flying cars and telepathy).

It looks a lot like this:

If you’ve already installed the plugin go take a look at my bike portfolio, click the mini ‘play’ icon that appears when you hold your mouse over the main image, and set your underpants to ‘stun’.

    Installed in safari, but dont see play icon.
    O well, looks cool anyways

    Hmm, thanks for the heads-up, guys. I just made a couple of tweaks to make it load from the regular RSS feeds on each page, but my implementation seems to have one fatal flaw – you need to wait for all of the gallery images to precache before it’ll display the play icon. Hmm…..
